Bay Area Organizer Test
Stop running pickup soccer out of scattered WhatsApp messages.
PickupPal is built for organizers who already fill recurring games. Add the bot to your existing group, activate it once, and run weekly game signup with clear player lists instead of manual roll call.
What changes
Before
One organizer manually tracks who is in, who is waitlisted, and who dropped.
After
The group uses simple commands like !!activate, !!creategame, and !!join to keep the roster moving inside WhatsApp.
Works in the group you already run
No new organizer workflow to teach. The bot lives in the WhatsApp thread your players already check.
Clear signup and waitlist handling
Players self-join and the group gets an immediate roster update instead of buried replies and screenshot bookkeeping.
Built for recurring pickup logistics
Activation, first game creation, and repeat-game behavior are designed around real weekly pickup groups, not generic event pages.
Setup in minutes
Add the bot, activate the group, create the first game.
The setup page gives you the exact number to save and the exact activation command to paste into your organizer group.
